Inspector Javert and Jean Valjean from Victor Hugo's Les Misérables as depicted in Roommates.
As an enormous Les Mis fanatic, I've been absolutely delighted by the recent events of *AsheRhyder's fabulous massively multiplayer crossover webcomic Roommates, particularly the latest strips (167 & 168 at time of typing).
These have inspired me to touch up and post a sketch from a short while back of my attempt at rendering Rhyder's lovely versions of our favorite Frenchmen.
